Lite Strawberry Smoothie
This is my go to breakfast- quick, energizing, and delicious!
Ingredients:
Frozen Strawberries (with no sugar added)
All natural Almond Butter
Stevia
Cubed Ice
Unsweetened Almond Milk
**Kefir Optional
Method:
1) Gather these items, along with a blender together
2) Putting in your blender- add one and a half cups frozen strawberries
3) Add 2 tablespoons Almond Butter
4) Add 1 and a half cups Almond Milk (if you're adding your kefir in, which is what I do, put half a cup kefir and one cup almond butter)
5) Blend
6) Pour your smoothie into a cup and add 2 drops of stevia (this will make it sweet)
Drink up 🙂
