No seriously. That’s it. That’s the entire answer. Foods that grows from the earth – THAT’s what nourishes you. That’s what strengthens our immune system and fights your health issues. Food that has been eaten for tens of thousands of years. Foods like fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds. Why have we lost touch with this?
Can we please finally stop calling mac and cheese, pizza, granola bars, hot dogs, cereal, yogurt etc. food?! It’s not food. It never has been and it never will be – no matter how strongly they advertise it as such. It’s dangerous pleasure. It’s disease causing ingredients that undergo a series of mechanical and chemical operations to change or preserve the substances to ultimately alter each ingredient from its natural state. It’s chemicals and preservatives that we eat out of pure confusion of knowing the truth or for fun of the taste.
These are not foods. Foods help us grow. Foods rid our bodies of harmful diseases, cancers, and inflammation. Food is medicine and we have been terribly lied to.
To begin a new health journey. To heal yourself from the inside out and thrive how our bodies were created to we need to feed ourselves the truth. We need to feed ourselves WHOLE foods.
